In Montreal , for a Sedan reservation between 9:00AM and 11:00PM, there will be no charge for a cancellation or a modification done at least 2 hours before the reserve pickup time. For a night or morning reservation between 11:00PM and 9:00AM, we will ask to receive the cancellation or the modification before 9:00pm the eve. Outside Montreal , it will be the same plus the travelling, for instance Mont-Tremblant would be 4 hours. Past this delay, we will invoice the total amount of the transfer.
For a stretch or an SUV
There will be no charge for a cancellation or a modification done at least 24 hours before the reserve pickup. Due to the large demand for wedding, for the Saturday's reservations from 11:00 to 18:30, it's 31 days. Past these delays, we will invoice the total amount of the transfer.
For the bus,
It could be cancelled without any fees depending the period.
January 1st to March 31st
More than 5 days before the reserved pick up time, no charge.
From 5 days to 24 hours, 50% of the total of the quotation will be charged.
Less than 24 hours, the total of the quotation will be charged.
April 1st to May 31st and July 1st to December 31st
More than 15 days before the reserved pick up time, no charge.
From 15 days to 24 hours, 50% of the total of the quotation will be charged.
Less than 24 hours, the total of the quotation will be charged.
Month of June
More then 30 days before the reserved pick up time, no charge.
From 30 days to 24 hours, 50% of the total of the quotation will be charge.
Less then 24 hours, the total of the quotation will be charge.
We allow 15 minutes for a pick up. For an airport pick up, we will give 30 minutes for a domestic arrival, 45 minutes for an International arrival. Past this delay, the car will remain there but we will charge waiting time at the usual hourly rate. If we can track the flight, a late arrival of a commercial flight is not considered as a delay.
